Enjoy a day on board gullets with the most amazing toys – three-men catapults! Guests are split on two gullets. The Knights are given the knights’ vests whilst the Pirates are given a Pirate bandana and an eye patch.

Gozo – the verdant sister Island to Malta provides a beautiful backdrop for our jeep and other adventure activities which we organize on the island. Successful completion of the day will depend on teamwork, keen observation and creativity.

Lights, camera, action! There’s nothing quite like a camera to bring out people’s expressive side! In this highly involving cinematic adventure, participants are challenged to create a short comedy film based on the history of Knights in Malta.

Competitive Sailing is a sport which requires clear communication, fast feedback and teamwork! After initial sailing skills training, teams will sail their boats in a series of sprint training races to practice their skills in preparation for the final regatta.

Under the patronage of the Master of Ceremonies: trumpeters, drummers and torchbearers, and an entourage of ceremonial guards, dressed in period costumes of the Knights' era, awaits the arrival of the guests

To their surprise, guests find an invitation from the Phantom in their rooms! Printed on parchment paper, the invitations are scrolled in a black ribbon – those intended for couples are further wrapped around a red rose.
